Recently, various scam methods have become more frequent.
Please read the following reminders carefully.
JK Silver will never request any banking or credit card information through phone calls or text messages.
We will never ask you to visit an ATM, use online banking, or “cancel installment settings.”
1. Three Things You Must Know
We will never call you to request any account-related operations:
We will not say your order was duplicated
We will not say you “accidentally selected installment payments”
We will not ask you to “cancel a deduction”
We will not instruct you to operate ATM or online banking
Any call showing “+”, “+2”, “+886” is suspicious
Do not respond or provide any information. Simply hang up.

2. Common Scam Tactics (Please Read Carefully)
All the situations below are 100% scams:
1. Fake Customer Service, Bank, or 165 Hotline
Scammers may claim:
You placed duplicate orders
Your installment setting is incorrect
There is an abnormal deduction
You selected the wrong option
And then ask for your banking information → This is a scam
2. Asking You to Use an ATM
ATMs do not have functions such as:
“Cancel settings”
“Stop deductions”
“English mode cancellation”
Anyone asking you to operate an ATM is a scammer.
3. Requesting Your Bank or Credit Card Information
JK Silver will never ask for:
Bank account number
Credit card number / expiration date / CVV
ID information
Online banking passwords
Anyone asking for these details → Scam
4. Phone Calls Offering “Super Low Discounts”
Examples:
50%, 60%, 70% discount offers
“Special customer lists”
Wholesale deals
JK Silver does not conduct phone sales and we do not offer wholesale discounts.
These are all scams.
5. Suspicious Links or Fake Accounts
Do not click on unknown SMS links, LINE accounts, Facebook messages, or any suspicious URLs.
3. What You Should Do (Protect Yourself)
Hang up immediately if the call seems suspicious
Never follow instructions to operate an ATM or provide information
If you are unsure:
